Another Sad Deletion

It's with much sadness that I've removed Evergreen Politics from the blog roll. This removal is perhaps best explained by Lynn Allen, who has been one of its mainstays for the last couple of years:

Evergreen Politics is shuttering its doors, as of today. Jon and Jeff have written very little in the last few years. I was able to pick up the slack for several years but have been erratic in the last 18 months since I've switched over to more active grassroots organizing. Shoephone has added a zesty note on and off for the last two years, and we've had occasional posts from others. But it has not been enough to keep this blog in the mainstream of Northwest blogging.

Thus we are shutting it down, much as we've loved it. The site will remain for awhile but we will be unable to post.

Good-Bye Post; New Site Coming

Most blogs seem to have a limited lifetime. Certainly, this one will. It's still sad to see a good one go. Good luck to Lynn, shoephone, and the other writers who made EP a good place to learn about local politics.
