As you can see, there are quite a few cherry trees in the area. Unfortunately, they only bloom for a few days before the rain washes them away.

drove over the coast range today and was surprised to see how many trees were in full flower along highway 6.

Thanks, Suzanne. Despite how cold it is this evening, I think we're going to see just about everything that usually blooms in early Spring blooming before Easter this year.
