That image was taken last November of a shopping center parking lot in Woodinville, Washington, but it's pretty typical of what it looks like on most days here, including today.

Weather sure is something strange. Global warming, or no global warming, every year has it's own little tweaks.
It certainly does. Out here, just in the last three, we've had extremely cold and snowy, followed by extremely warm, followed by this winter, which is pretty typical.
