Bombs Away

[According to this site, this photo is from a propaganda leaflet U.S. forces dropped on Japan during World War II.]

Today is the day. If you've pledged to give to AccountabilityNow PAC's Strangebedfellows Money Bomb, please head on over and do so today. If you haven't pledged, you're welcome to do so as well.

The money is being collected via ActBlue, a website that has been collecting and distributing campaign money to individual Democratic candidates for four years now. As you can see, I have a page at ActBlue. Clicking on the green "Contribute" button at the fund page will take you to a secure form like the one many companies use to transfer money electronically.

There are lots of people in Congress who should be regretting their votes on FISA. A big pile of money raised to defeat them this November may be the start of that process.

Become a StrangeBedfellow and Hold Washington Accountable!

Heh heh, that was fun. Wanna do it again!

;-)

There's some bombs I don't mind dropping at all.

Well dang it! I donated early on, but yesterday was nuts and so the 8th went right by me.

I'll be a day late - but my heart was with yesterday.

It looks like people are still contributing, Mary, so go ahead. Thanks to you and all the other folks who contributed.

I'm afraid we'll have plenty of excuses to do this again, Dana.

So who's riding the moneybomb down, a-whoopin' and a-hollerin'?

It sure wasn't me, Eli. I'm afraid of heights, particularly when the floor is in free fall.
